For more than thirty years, my work in education and leadership has been shaped by a simple belief: that people flourish when they are seen, supported, and invited to live from what is most true in them. Alongside that work, horses have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, steady companions and unexpected teachers who have shown me what presence, honesty, and quiet courage look like in motion.
My writing gathers these threads together. memoir, equestrian experiences, spiritual development, each one explores the ways we return to ourselves, especially in seasons of transition or becoming.
This space is a home for those stories, and the unfolding work of a life lived close to the land, rooted in embodied ways of being, and attentive to the quiet movements of the soul and the questions that shape us. I am grateful you are here.

A memoir about the places that shape us and the quiet teachers who help us return to ourselves. Through seasons of loss, transition, and unexpected grace, this book follows the intertwined stories of a woman learning to live from her truest center and the horses who walked with her through that becoming.
Part reflection, part fieldnote, part prayer, Horses and Holy Ground invites readers to slow down, listen closely, and discover the sacredness woven into ordinary life.
Releasing in Fall 2026!
Equine Paths is a 501(c)3 where the wisdom of the herd continues to shape how I understand presence, authenticity, reverence, integrity, and stewardship. It is a place where horses in transition find safety and humans reconnect with truth.
